To become a licensed pharmacist in California you are required to pass both, the NAPLEX, administered by the NABP and the CPJE, developed by the California State Board of Pharmacy. NAPLEX: This exam is administered by the NABP.
The program prepares students to pass the Pharmacy Board exams and, if desired, obtain a pharmacy residency or industry fellowship, or continue their education to get a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy.
