I DO get what I pay for, which is cellular service, which DOES allow me to enjoy my phone, I suppose. I've been on Boost since they took over from Virgin several years ago and have had zero issues. I pay my bill on time every month and my service works. I've changed phones once during that time, with no problems. 1.
I have paid 30/month to Virgin Mobile, which eventually became Boost Mobile, since 2014. And I only needed customer service once a year, when I wanted to upgrade my phone. I live near an Apple Store, and they were able to migrate my phone every year until covid.
