So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc.

When I watch YTTV maybe 1-2 times a day the screen goes black, no buffering spinner or anything for about 3-10 seconds and then it pics up either right where it went off or a second before blacked out.
