Airren is a World 1 NPC located behind a house on the tallest mountain (beside the World 2 Portal). He is the NPC used for the Prestige System and will grant you wishes if you meet the specified level requirement.
Based on your level, go for riches. The orb gives a 40% initial range boost compared to blue eye's 30%. And power gives you four units in order of, Kura Origami, God Future Trunks, Jotaro OH and then Coyote.
