The Kentucky Medicaid Program appreciates your interest and welcomes the opportunity to work with you to provide health care services to Kentucky Medicaid members.
Enroll as a Medicaid Provider. If you want to enroll as a Kentucky Medicaid provider and are not assigned to an MCO or choose not to participate in an MCO (fee-for-service provider), you must submit an application online using the Kentucky Medicaid Partner Portal.
Create an account and start an application on the KY MPPA. In compliance with KRS 205.532, the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) implemented the KY MPPA system allowing all provider types to enroll, revalidate and perform maintenance electronically.
