1 Δεκ 2022 · Dishonest reviews, false advertising, no product or support. either theives or scam artists, takes your money and "loses" the product. Been 2 weeks and they cannot find the tracking for it or even give me an update. Out of a $1000+ purchase they offered an insulting $30 refund.

PRISM + have offered a replacement, but I have no faith in their products. I requested for a refund as the pixels are in the center of the screen and very visible. Do not waste your hard earnt money or your valuable time on this super-dodgy company.
3 Μαΐ 2024 · When I refer matter to Prism customer service, they gang up with their installer and accused me of lying about my damaged fan and pushed me around to different teams for almost a month without follow up actions despite several emails to chase them.
The monitor prices are great on paper, and honestly with some work they could be really good. They've payed literally almost every reviewer to review their monitors, I couldn't really find any ok-understandable reviews without them being sponsored by prism+.
