Themed 'A Nation Beyond Second Chances' the annual flagship event of the Yellow Ribbon Project (YRP), the Yellow Ribbon Prison Run (YRPR) strives to be a national beacon which rallies community support towards building an inclusive society and offering ex-offenders and their families beyond a second chance throughout their reintegration journey.
Yellow Ribbon Prison Run (YRPR) aims to unite communities across Singapore to create an inclusive society where ex-offenders and their families are given a second chances and beyond in their reintegration journey. In addition to our usual 10km competitive run and 5km run/walk categories, YRPR 2024 marks the introduction of a kids dash category.
Through YRP's efforts, we hope to inspire community support and shift the public perception from viewing ex-offenders as mere recipients of second chances to contributing citizens who actively give back to the community.
