17 Νοε 2015 · When I tried opening any of my photos using the Adobe Photoshop I got the File System error (-2147416359) window. I searched previously asked questions with different error numbers, but similar problems. So, following one suggestion, I changed my default app for photos to Windows Live Photo Viewer. And yes, I can VIEW my photos again.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 build 19045.3930 no pending updates. Today whenever I try to open a photo I get an error saying File System Error (-2147219196). It happens on both of my separate internal drives, and external drives.
