7 Φεβ 2014 · i am using the o300's and am quite curious to hear first hand impressions from someone who's also had experience with the o300's. i read the specs so i know how they differ on paper (higher SPL - never been a concern to me to be honest; better off-axis response - that does sound good, etc).
14 Αυγ 2012 · I bought a pair of K&H o300 some months ago. The first time that I listened to them, I was not really impressed by its sound. It always seemed to me a little bit "hified", but due to all the good reviews and comments about them on internet, I decided to give them a try.

O k, so a friend of mine is going to buy some monitoring after a long years with Behringer and Tapco suffering... he wants to jump the middle road NF so the decision was S3A or O300D (with some other options after that).

The O 300D is a surprisingly small active three-way nearfield monitor, clearly intended for use on the meterbridge of a large-format studio console. It measures 253 x 383 x 290mm (hwd), weighs in at 13.5kg, and features full magnetic shielding, so placement near moving-coil meters and computer VDUs is not a problem.
I am selling a pair of Klien & Hummel O300D 3-way studio monitors. These are identical to the Neumann KH310 monitors and were purchased just before Neumann bought out K&H. These are the original design as manufactured by K&H in Germany (not Ireland like current Neumann/Sennheiser product).
