    Procainamide Dosage in ACLS Procainamide should be used in patients with tachyarrhythmias who are deemed hemodynamically stable. Once the clinician has determined the cardiac rhythm by electrocardiogram, the clinician should begin treatment of the underlying arrhythmia with medication.
