It is designed to go through Proverbs chapter by chapter in the New King James version of the Bible. Read the chapter of Proverbs, and then answer the corresponding questions for that chapter. You will be amazed at how well you are able to retain the information when answering the questions.
1 The proverbs of Solomon: A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish son brings grief to his mother. 2 Ill-gotten treasures have no lasting value, but righteousness delivers from death. 3 The LORD does not let the righteous go hungry, but he thwarts the craving of the wicked. 4 Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.
According to 1:2-6, Proverbs was written to impart wisdom. “The purpose of Proverbs is to make us less often foolish and more often wise, or to improve our overall performance in life” (Alden, p. 12).
