I called customer service twice only to be told to email my complaint and request for replacement or refund. I have now emailed customer service twice only to receive no response. It has been two months, I have made 4 complaints, and Provident Metals has yet to honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Provident customer service started a claim for me and then closed the claim and refused to refund or replace. I then got a letter from USPS stating that they had indeed lost the package which I forwarded to Provident claims.

I have been purchased from Provident Metals for last 6 years and never have any problem. Last order from Provident was very disappointed. One of Austria Philharmonic has burnt mark on the edge. I emailed customer service (Melissa). She wants me send back the coin at my cost for refund.

The worse precious metals company I have ever purchased from. I ordered 20 uncirculated American Silver Eagles. The coins arrived almost a month after payment and were horribly damaged. I called customer service twice only to be told to email my complaint and request for replacement or refund.
