12 Απρ 2021 · So I have this CECHE01 has Yellow light of death. I stole the top cover to make a complete CECHA01 so I'm missing several screws and a top cover. I decided to practice de-liding and hardware modding.

27 Αυγ 2024 · Use a finger to press the tab next to the medium length screw and lift. The case pivots on the front. When putting back together, place the front edge and rotate back. The screws will pop everything back in place. Flip the Blu-Ray drive over and lift the black tab to remove the ribbon cable. Disconnect the 4 pin cable attached to the Blu-Ray drive.
16 Ιαν 2022 · In your case you NEED to do a CELL delid, else you'll kill it, or bgas will break because they're already cracked. I don't know about the GPU, it usually doesn't need a delid. You better install some fan control asap. Using a fat PS3 means YLOD sooner or later, keep that in mind.
My vote is for the CECHB01. I have two of them, and I find them to look the best with the all black trim. They’re all equally unreliable as every launch model if they’re not taken care of. When it comes to choosing which one you would want, it really depends;
