7 Απρ 2019 · Edit: I've not launched Netflix on the PS3 for a number of days now; I was on v1.20 (European) of the official package, but now I'm prompted for v1.21 but you can always press Circle and avoid the update and it will still let you have access to your Netflix account.
I will say the Netflix program on PS3 is a little out of date, so it may have a few hiccups or two, but also check your network connections on the PS3 by going in to the Settings and scrolling down to Network and click on "Test Network Connection". Here to report that it still works as of December 2023!
