The experimental XRD pattern agrees with the JCPDS card no. 21-1272 (anatase TiO2) and the XRD pattern of TiO2 nanoparticles other literature [8]. The 2θ at peak 25.4° confirms the TiO2 anatase structure [9]. Strong diffraction peaks at 25° and 48° indicating TiO2 in the anatase phase [10].
These observations closely align with the TiO 2 -ICDD-International Centre for Diffraction Data file No. 21-1272, confirming the nanofiller's composition and phase characteristics.
