The experimental XRD pattern agrees with the JCPDS card no. 21-1272 (anatase TiO2) and the XRD pattern of TiO2 nanoparticles other literature [8]. The 2θ at peak 25.4° confirms the TiO2 anatase structure [9]. Strong diffraction peaks at 25° and 48° indicating TiO2 in the anatase phase [10].

1 Ιουλ 2022 · Abstract. For more than 20 years, Pt/TiO 2 represents the benchmark photocatalyst/co-catalyst platform for photocatalytic hydrogen (H 2) generation. Here, single atom (SA) Pt is decorated on different polymorphs of TiO 2 (anatase, rutile, and the mixed phase of P25) using a simple immersion anchoring approach.
The study presented here focused on finding a combination of Ti deposition and oxidation anneal conditions that resulted in a baseline {100}textured TiO2 template for {111}-textured Pt growth and enhanced electrode temperature stability. Therefore, a complete correlation study between Ti deposition conditions and Titexture will not be presented.
