XRD pattern of TiO 2 nanoparticles The X-ray diffraction pattern of the synthesized Titania nanoparticles is shown in Fig.1 and the peak details are in Table.
1 Ιουλ 2013 · Morphology index (MI) derived from FWHM of XRD data explains the interrelationship of particle size and specific surface area. It is observed that MI has direct relationship with particle size...
Titanium oxide (TiO2) nanoparticles were fabricated using the sol-gel technique. By controlling the calcination temperature, the different structures of TiO2 (anatase and rutile) have been...
X-ray diffraction analysis was used for determining the crystalline phase of TiO 2 nanoparticles. As seen in Fig. 1a, the XRD data of TiO 2 (amorphous) indicated any discernible reflection...
XRD patterns of nano-TiO2 in rutile and anatase phases exhibit broad peaks whereas both phases of micro-TiO2 demonstrate very sharp peaks. TEM images show that the grain size of TiO2 micropowders and TiO2 nanopowders are 0.3-0.7 μm and 10 nm, respectively.
In this study, the commercial TiO2 nanopowder and micropowder of anatase phase and rutile phase have been characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). XRD patterns of nano-TiO2 in rutile and anatase phases exhibit broad peaks whereas both phases of micro-TiO2 demonstrate very sharp peaks.
1 Σεπ 2010 · XRD patterns of TiO 2 samples heated from 300 to 1100 °C are shown in Fig. 5. The broad diffraction lines of the samples heated at 300 and 500 °C are related to the nanocrystalline anatase phase.
