9 Αυγ 2023 · I can certainly understand the importance of being able to activate your LTE plan on your watch. In order to receive your PUK code you would need to reach out to your carrier as this is a carrier specific feature.
When your Samsung smart watch has a security lock set, you will be required to enter a password (PIN or pattern) to unlock the watch whenever it has been removed from your wrist. If you do not remember the password, you will need to reset the smart watch.
29 Δεκ 2023 · I'm having an issue with my Samsung watch being stuck in a mode where it requires me to enter my PUK code. However, I terminated the eSIM for this watch a while ago, and the previous mobile operator (Halebop) doesn't have information about the eSIM.
1 Αυγ 2024 · I just got a Galaxy Watch 7 to replace an Active 2. I really like it but have a question. It came with a charging PUC but no plug. I have the PUC from my older watch and several plugs. Are this OK to use to use? It seems to work but I want to be sure I am not harming the new watch.
27 Δεκ 2023 · To unlock from the carrier in the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Find My Watch > Set Security > Reactivation lock. To unlock the watch to use the apps, press Home and enter your PIN or pattern. To disable Screen Lock, go to Settings > Security > Lock > Type. Tap None.
2 Οκτ 2022 · You can log into your Samsung account, if associated with the device, to regain access and remove the pin/pattern from the device. To do so, head over to Samsung’s FindMy Mobile URL (http://findmymobile.samsung.com) with your Samsung Account credentials and unlock your device.
