9 Αυγ 2023 · I can certainly understand the importance of being able to activate your LTE plan on your watch. In order to receive your PUK code you would need to reach out to your carrier as this is a carrier specific feature.
When your Samsung smart watch has a security lock set, you will be required to enter a password (PIN or pattern) to unlock the watch whenever it has been removed from your wrist. If you do not remember the password, you will need to reset the smart watch.

However, I terminated the eSIM for this watch a while ago, and the previous mobile operator (Halebop) doesn't have information about the eSIM. I've tried a "Recovery reset" and a "factory reset" through the watch's menu.
