Nowadays, pulpotomy continues to be the most common treatment for asymptomatic decayed primary molars with pulp exposure. The main target of this procedure is to preserve the involved primary tooth to its normal exfoliation stage while inflamed coronal tissue is removed [ 1, 2 ].
