The National Pulse Memorial and Museum was a planned memorial and museum commemorating victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting at Pulse in 2016, originally slated to open in 2022. [1] In 2021, the site was designated by Congress as a national memorial. [2]
12 Ιουν 2024 · Survivors, victims’ families and residents of Orlando, had hoped by this time to have a permanent memorial in place for the eighth anniversary on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, of the Pulse nightclub massacre when 49 people were killed by a gunman at a club with an LGBTQ+ clientele on Latin night.
