17 Απρ 2017 · Take an 8-mile round trip hike from Route 150 in Santa Paula up Santa Paula Canyon Trail to Big Cone Camp and the Punchbowl. Eight hundred vertical feet separate the high and low points of this hike, but several undulations in the trail demand extra effort.
The Santa Paula Canyon Falls (better known as the Santa Paula Punch Bowls) consist of several waterfalls, cascades that act like water slides, and the namesake “punch bowls” that make for popular swimming holes.
The Santa Paula Canyon Falls, home of the Punchbowls! If you're in Ventura County, you've got to go here. It gets pretty hot so start early so by the time you make it out to the swimming hole it's totally worth the hike. There's a rope so you can climb up to cliff and jump in.

The US Forest Service has announced that they will close the Punch Bowls/Santa Paula Canyon trail for two weeks starting on Saturday, May 23. The trail is located along State Highway 150 north of the City of Santa Paula.
