We make PURE Sugar Cane Syrup the old fashioned way. Cane is grown on our small farm in Southeast GA. Each year from late October through early December, cane is gathered, juice is squeezed out and cooked by hand in open kettle for the highest quality syrup. You’ll see and taste the difference.

15 Σεπ 2006 · Georgia’s first pure cane syrup was made by Seaborn Anderson Roddenbery, a Cairo doctor who practiced medicine by horseback and ran a general store. Over time, Roddenbery’s syrup business—the W. B. Roddenbery Company—became a regional favorite that also included pickles and peanut butter.
In 2015, Parrish’s Ole Time Premium Sugar Cane Syrup was born. In July of 2020, we lost our patriarch and founder, Ben (Benji) Parrish to Pancreatic Cancer after a long, hard battle. Adjusting to life without him has been tough for us.
