This is one of the new gear vendors that are spread all across Pandaria that sell complete sets of green gear. Great to start an off-spec, or fill in that one missing slot in your main set. Here's a list of all the vendors I've seen or heard of so far; if anyone else finds more of these, let me know and I'll add them to the list.

This quick guide will show you the location of all horde PvP gear vendors for the Mists of Pandaria expansion in Serpent's Spin - WoW 9.2.7 Shadowlands.
28 Μαΐ 2024 · Through the starter Pandaren zone, there are many exclusive ensembles that are only originally obtainable by Pandaren characters. The Sun Pearl sets are based off the Plate gear obtained in the starter area, contain a chest, bracers, gloves, belt, legs and boots, and can be worn by all classes!
Do a quest at the White Tiger Temple, then go to the gates. Once inside the zone, go to Faction city and get Pandaria flying. Once that is done, fly to the edge of Dread Wastes and find the vendor on top of the Giant Wall; there you go.
