27 Νοε 2013 · It is a '78 Python full stringer with a full set back. The stringers and bulkhead need replaced as well as the intake needs re-set. Boat was basically a bare hull.

21 Απρ 2010 · My Father had a late 70's Python 454 BBC Jet boat. I'm thinking it was only 18' and only ran low 60's. It takes ALOT of power to make a jet fast.
16 Μαΐ 2013 · The 8.1 supposedly solved the oil consumption issue. I can't speak for LPG but as for gas usage I think pythons and GT40s burn a similar amount if you are pulling boarders. The RPMs are much lower at boarding speed so the engine isn't working as hard so I'd venture to say they are close to even.
I have owned a couple smaller deep V I/O boats with Chevy 502s. Life was getting busy and they sat on the trailer more than getting used. So, I sold the last boat 2 years ago. I was thinking about buying an older jet boat to play around with.
