Queens College provides students, staff and faculty with centrally managed email accounts. Student, faculty and staff email is powered by Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), a cloud-based email system.

Your login name for Office 365 is your CUNYfirst Username...

Log in to CUNYfirst. Microsoft 365 / Office 365. Students (Qmail): After claiming your CUNYfirst account, all students will have access to their M365 email account (also known as Qmail) which will be used for all official college correspondence.
Your login name for Office 365 is your CUNYfirst Username followed by “ @qmail.cuny.edu “. Example: John.Doe25@qmail.cuny.edu. Your password is your CUNYfirst password. If you have forgotten your CUNYfirst password, please click here for password recovery.
To confirm access to your Queens College student email (@Qmail.cuny.edu) please follow this link to log in now, then send an email from that account (the recipient can be your own personal account). Note: You must enter “ @Qmail.cuny.edu ” after your CUNYfirst user ID in order to log in.
Login to Office 365. Go to http://qmail.cuny.edu and click the blue “Login to Office 365” button, or from the Queens College homepage (http://www.qc.cuny.edu) click on Login to… on the top right hand corner of the page and then click on Student email. Type your complete email address and password.

Emailing through CUNYfirst gives you quick access to a comma-delimited list of your students’ emails, which you can use to send email using your preferred email client. And the CUNYfirst emailing interface allows you to customize the subject header and add recipients who are not in your class.
