Queens College provides students, staff and faculty with centrally managed email accounts. Student, faculty and staff email is powered by Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), a cloud-based email system.

Students (Qmail): After claiming your CUNYfirst account, all students will have access to their M365 email account (also known as Qmail) which will be used for all official college correspondence.
Emailing through CUNYfirst gives you quick access to a comma-delimited list of your students’ emails, which you can use to send email using your preferred email client. And the CUNYfirst emailing interface allows you to customize the subject header and add recipients who are not in your class.
How to Access your QC email: 1. otherwise you will be on the Go to the Queens College Webpage www.qc.cuny.edu 2. Click on Log into (on the top right hand corner) 3. Click on Student email under Email ( or you can go to the QC email Login page by typing: qcmail.qc.cuny.edu) 4. Sign in with your username and password
QC_Email (Lotus Notes) What is a Lotus Notes account used for? Primarily email but also other communication features such as calendaring, group scheduling, and information management. The specific process varies for each device, but it basically involves four steps: Go to your Settings and add an Exchange account. Enter your Office 365 login: Username: Your CUNYFirst username, e.g. Juan.Monroy21@qmail.cuny.edu. Password: Your CUNYFirst password. If asked, the server is outlook.office365.com.
