The Payroll and Time & Leave unit ensures that all employees are paid timely and appropriately, and time & leave records are adequately maintained for all employees. PRAssist is the College’s official Time and Leave application for part time employees.

It is very important that you follow this calendar closely to ensure that your time sheet is processed on time. Late time sheets will not be processed and it will result in a delay in receiving payment for that particular pay period.
Campus Payroll staff can access information on Payroll Programs from the menu below. Employees of CUNY who wish to inquire about payment and compensation should contact their Campus Payroll Office (list is provided below).
MyQC is Queens College's password-protected intranet portal intended for sharing internal information and communication. It is designed exclusively for faculty, staff, and students and is accessible 24/7.
Please note that these are the same credentials you use for MyQC. Upon a successful log in, you will be able to select from 7 options. They include: Timesheet Entry, Balance Inquiry, Posted Timesheets, Request Annual Leave, Information, Pay Period Dates and Logoff.
