Campus Payroll staff can access information on Payroll Programs from the menu below. Employees of CUNY who wish to inquire about payment and compensation should contact their Campus Payroll Office (list is provided below).
Implemented by The Office of the New York State Comptroller, New York State Payroll Online (NYSPO) allows NYS employees to view and update payroll information, manage tax withholdings and opt out of receiving paper pay stubs. CUNY employees on NYS payroll can access NYSPO using NY.gov accounts.
The CUNY Work/Life Employee Assistance Program can help and FREE for employees and their families. Use “CUNY” for Company Code.
NYCAPS ESS allows CUNY’s Community College employees to view paystubs and tax information online. CUNY Community College employees must claim their NYCAPS ESS accounts in order for the accounts to become active. Please view instructions for claiming accounts and viewing pay/tax information below.
MyQC is Queens College's password-protected intranet portal intended for sharing internal information and communication. It is designed exclusively for faculty, staff, and students and is accessible 24/7.
