22 Ιουν 2014 · A quintet is a group containing five members. It is commonly associated with musical groups, such as a string quintet, or a group of five singers, but can be applied to any situation where five similar or related objects are considered a single unit.
Half of a semitone; a pitch division not used in most Western music notation, except in some contemporary art music or experimental music. Quarter tones are used in Western popular music forms such as jazz and blues and in a variety of non-Western musical cultures.

Quads (Tenors) – Set of 4-6 connected drums played by a member of the Battery. Think of this as a drum set that you carry. Must audition. Rifles – Imitation rifles carried by the Guard to visually interpret the music. Run through – Practicing the entire Marching Band show at once.
Quarter note: Another term for a quarter note, the musical note played for one-quarter of the duration of a whole note (or semibreve). Quarter tone : A musical interval half the size of a half step or semitone, common in some non-Western musical systems.
