In order to be admitted to Illinois State as a graduate student, a student must have earned a four-year bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a college or university that is accredited by the appropriate regional accrediting association.
International Admission Requirements. International students seeking direct admission must satisfy all application requirements for incoming freshmen, transfer students, or graduate students, including the application fee, as well as the additional requirements listed below.
You’ll be required to submit a self-reported grade point average. The middle 50% range for fall 2024 admitted freshmen was 3.3 – 4.0. Academic Personal Statement. All applicants are welcome to submit a personal statement for review, though it is not required to complete your application.
