Qur'an verses about Jesus Christ. In the Qur'an, the name of Jesus Christ (may peace be upon him) is mentioned in Arabic as "Isa." These verses provide us with a unique insight into the Islamic view of Jesus and remind us of his importance as a messenger of Allah (سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ).
This article though will try to cite all Quranic verses that refer to Jesus in order (as shown in the Quran, not in revelation order). This is to get a factual grounding on him as Muslims believe the Quran is the word of God.

25 Ιουν 2019 · In the Quran, there are many stories about the life and teachings of Jesus Christ (called 'Isa in Arabic). The Quran recalls his miraculous birth, his teachings, the miracles he performed by God's permission, and his life as a respected prophet of God.
22 Δεκ 2023 · 1. Jesus was a Messenger of God. “He said: ‘I am indeed a servant of Allah: He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet.’” [Quran 19:30] The Quran remains clear that Jesus was one of the holy prophets of God, and was given revelations to help mankind in faith and humanity.
