The informant and trafficked person's identity shall be treated with confidentiality in accordance with the confidentiality requirements under R.A. No. 9208, as amended, and other related laws.

Formulate a comprehensive and integrated program to prevent and suppress the trafficking in persons; Promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary for the effective implementation of this Act; Monitor and oversee the strict implementation of this Act;
