REPUBLIC ACT No. 9367 January 12, 2007 AN ACT TO DIRECT THE USE OF BIOFUELS, ESTABLISHING FOR THIS PURPOSE THE BIOFUEL PROGRAM, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
