This document amends Presidential Decree No. 1866 to further strengthen laws on illegal possession of firearms and explosives. It increases penalties for unlawful possession of explosives or their components.
22 Δεκ 2008 · - Any person who is found guilty of 'planting' any explosive or incendiary device or any part, ingredient, machinery, tool or instrument of any explosive or incendiary device, whether chemical, mechanical, electronic, electrical or otherwise, shall suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua.
