DEALING [N, ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF FIREARMS, OR EXPLOSIVES OR INSTRUMENTS USED LN THE MANUFACTURE OF FIREARMS, AMMUNITION OR EXPLOSIVES, AND IMPOSING STIFFER PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND FOR RELEVANT it enacted the Of Representatives Of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
