Racks is a meat lovers restaurant. We ordered the rib-eye steak and a beef ribs meal. The rib-eye was 12oz, was very thin and 50% fat. The broccoli and cheese side dish had no cheese. The beef ribs were cold and had no flavor, tasteless. It took ten minutes to even get a menu and another 10 minutes for the waiter to take our orders.
