6 ημέρες πριν · Find the rate at which the distance between the man and the plane is increasing when the plane is directly over the radio tower. That is, find \(\frac{ds}{dt}\) when \(x=3000\) ft. Since the speed of the plane is \(600\) ft/sec, we know that \(\frac{dx}{dt}=600\) ft/sec.
22 Νοε 2021 · Given an array a containing positions of N houses, and an array b containing positions of M radio towers, each placed along a horizontal line, the task is to find the minimum broadcast range such that each radio tower reaches every house.
You build a radio tower in each of the towns 1, 2, …, n 1, 2, …, n with probability 1 2 1 2 (these events are independent). After that, you want to set the signal power on each tower to some integer from 1 1 to n n (signal powers are not necessarily the same, but also not necessarily different).
17 Φεβ 2023 · Learn how to avoid common problems and failures with amateur radio tower and antenna systems. Find out the wind speed rating for your county, the right mast material, the proper guy wire tension and more.
This web page contains a homework problem and a proof about the RADIO-TOWERS problem, which is a variant of the frequency assignment problem. The problem is to assign unique frequencies to towers in different sets such that no two towers in the same set have the same frequency.
Real world problem. When we change the frequency on radio, there will be a change in station what we are listening to. The frequencies must be allocated to their respective radio towers or transmitters in order to get the communication from that tower.
