Return to the Fisher King's castle in his realm by blowing your whistle north west of Brimhaven. Go up the staircase on the east side of the castle, climbing to the top floor and grabbing the Holy grail. Go back to King Arthur. Quest complete!
Run past Gu'Tanoth to the south-west end (Feldip Hills) and enter the cave entrance marked on the world map to arrive at the island east of Gu'Tanoth. If you didn't bring a death rune, one spawns directly south of the tunnel entrance.
