Adrenaline Rush is the most important, since it will greatly increase your damage output by increasing your attack speed with axes or maces.
The MVP Build capitalizes on the 3 skills that can be converted for bonus elemental damage. Using Elemental Damage is the best way to improve damage to MVPs that have elemental weaknesses. This build is basically spam Mammonite, then use Savage Slash and Meltdown when they go off cooldown.
