26 Αυγ 2011 · Rain Dance teams' biggest problem is pokemon who remove rain, most notably Tyranitar. Dugtrio can come in on T-Tar after a KO and remove it with Earthquake, making sure your Rain goes unhindered for the remainder of the match.
23 Απρ 2019 · It sets up on Milotic and chips Tyranitar for the benefit of rain sweepers, Zapdos and Jirachi. It also has a great matchup vs most bulky teams, which rain tends to struggle against. A good rain 6 with Celebi is lead TWave or Sub Zapdos, CM Pass Celebi, Dugtrio, Kingdra, SubCM or Offensive Suicune and Mixed Metagross or Offensive Jirachi.
Building your team. Rain Leads. A lead is important as a part of any team, and even so for Rain Dance teams. The lead should aim to accomplish setting up the Rain and helping the sweepers come in safely. Azelf is a great choice, thanks to it's high Speed, as well as being able to set up Stealth Rock s, which will help turn many 2HKO's into OHKOs.
Ability: Levitate. EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef. Brave Nature. - Rain Dance. - Gyro Ball. - Zen Headbutt. - Trick Room. The first rain summoner, bronzong has good defences and trick room can help some of my slower attackers sweep for a while. Gyro Ball and Zen Headbutt are good STAB moves.
26 Αυγ 2011 · Crobat is a excellent lead for a rain dance team.Due to his high speed,he can easily set up Rain Dance for the team.His high speed also allows him to Taunt the opposing lead pokemon from setting up Stealth Rock.Crobat can use Hypnosis to cause sleep for 2-5 turns for easy set up or easier sweeping.U-Turn makes a great damaging free switch out move.
15 Μαΐ 2009 · Jirachi is the lead rain dancer, and mid-rain dancer. Stealth rock is to provide additonal dmg against switch ins, and allows Dugtrio to OHKO Tyranitar. U-Turn is to switch out after doing his job, allowing him to return mid-game to restart Rain Dance in case of a long game. Thunder provides a powerful attack in Rain, with a 60% chance to paralyze.
