Established in 1983, the Rams Hill Community is comprised of over 400 units consisting of lots and homes. Although many homeowners are familiar with HOAs, Rams Hill is unique in that it is comprised of seven (7) sub-associations (a.k.a. neighborhoods) and a master association. Rules and regulations may vary slightly within sub-associations.
The onsite Rams Hill HOA management office is located at 1842 Las Casitas Dr. and is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Walk-in hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Visitations outside of walk-in hours are by appointment only.
The RAMS HILL Community Association consists of seven separate neighborhoods (each with its own association). In some cases a neighborhood association may also maintain a Property in Common such as Neighborhood Recreation Areas .
The purpose of the Rams Hill Community Association (RHCA) is to maintain the landscaping of the common areas, which includes six miles of streets. The association also keeps a guard on duty at the front gate during certain hours within the Rams Hill development.
These rules have been adopted by the community associations to assure that the Rams Hill community is a safe and pleasant environment for all of its inhabitants. Thank you for observing them. SPEED LIMIT ~ The speed limit at Montesoro is 25 miles per hour.
