Impossible to get reposne from IAMS Careline. Have fed my dogs IAMS for a number of years without issue to be fair. However, recently got a new dog who was happily eating IAMS without issue until a bout of diarrhea, advised by vet to feed bland diet (boiled chicken) for a few days.
