Of the 25,261 dimes minted in Philadelphia that year, only around 50 of the 13 stars variant survive. And only five of those coins are in mint condition. The PCGS values an example graded 1 at $2,500.

Value: $3,600,000; Grading: MS-65; The year was 1873 when the production of dimes at the Carson City Mint promised to include two arrows flanking the date. However, due to an oversight, approximately 12,400 of these dimes were minted without this feature.
