So tried to fix it via Synapse beta , synapse beta does not migrate profile (uff.. So tried back Synapse 3 - luckily have back profile. Still enable to set up things on my keymap , somehow still valid for some keys. I had one with double functionality, sucesfully remove that. but still - at the same keymap cannot re-bind other keys. 16 Σεπ 2019 · The issue seems to be with the Synapse installer rather than any actual server access. A work around is to install each module manually so that the Razer installer wizard is not used. I've tried running older versions of the synapse and even reinstalled my mouses driver and still nothing.

I know that the changes are mentioned on update window, right before update starts, but I missed the latest changes in new version 3.4.513.51410 due to automatic installation.
