All of my razer devices suddenly disappeared from synapse yesterday (keypad, keyboard, and mouse) and no matter what I try I can not do anything to fix this. I have tried every combination of uninstall and reinstall for the software, and drivers for all of the devices, followed the instructions provided by razer and I have had no success.
I have a razer keyboard and mouse and synapse isn't detecting the devices. It's worked acceptably well for the 2 years I've had my pc - I've not had this issue before. I have tried repairing and reinstalling razer Synapse.
14 Μαρ 2023 · Corrupted or missing Synapse modules can cause the issue of Synapse not detecting Razer devices. So, thoroughly uninstalling Synapse by erasing leftover data and reinstalling the software will often resolve that issue.
