10 Σεπ 2024 · If modules are missing from Razer Synapse like Macros, Studio, Connect, etc., follow the steps below to restore them. Scroll down on the DASHBOARD to see the “MODULES” section. If the MODULES section is not there, click on “DEVICES & MODULES” on the top part of The New Razer Synapse.
All of my razer devices suddenly disappeared from synapse yesterday (keypad, keyboard, and mouse) and no matter what I try I can not do anything to fix this. I have tried every combination of uninstall and reinstall for the software, and drivers for all of the devices, followed the instructions provided by razer and I have had no success.
14 Μαρ 2023 · Corrupted or missing Synapse modules can cause the issue of Synapse not detecting Razer devices. So, thoroughly uninstalling Synapse by erasing leftover data and reinstalling the software will often resolve that issue.
30 Δεκ 2022 · Just go to your installed applications, I am on Windows 11, find razer synapse and right click the application. You should see a modify option. Clicking that will pull the razer application manager where you will see synapse again. Click on it and select the “repair” option and that will fix any problems you have.

What I tried. downloading the installer and running it. performing a clean installation as described in this article. using System restore on Windows to go back before the failed update.
