10 Σεπ 2024 · If modules are missing from Razer Synapse like Macros, Studio, Connect, etc., follow the steps below to restore them. Scroll down on the DASHBOARD to see the “MODULES” section. If the MODULES section is not there, click on “DEVICES & MODULES” on the top part of The New Razer Synapse.
For some reason, the update failed with "error 142 / unknown error", and after that, Synapse stopped working and nothing helped. What I tried. downloading the installer and running it. performing a clean installation as described in this article. using System restore on Windows to go back before the failed update.
Razer Synapse not showing the "Systems" tab anymore. I have a razer blade stealth and used to use Synapse to control the fan speeds and power modes under the systems tab. After a recent synapse update however, that tab is gone, and I no longer have any controls.
All of my razer devices suddenly disappeared from synapse yesterday (keypad, keyboard, and mouse) and no matter what I try I can not do anything to fix this. I have tried every combination of uninstall and reinstall for the software, and drivers for all of the devices, followed the instructions provided by razer and I have had no success.

14 Μαρ 2023 · Corrupted or missing Synapse modules can cause the issue of Synapse not detecting Razer devices. So, thoroughly uninstalling Synapse by erasing leftover data and reinstalling the software will often resolve that issue.
