Razon's halo-halo is the simplest halo-halo you'll find around Metro Manila. It has sweetened saba, leche flan, and lots of evaporated milk in some of the most finely shaved ice there is for halo-halo.
My best ever halo-halo is still the original Rebelito's halo-halo of Calbayog, but Razon's is as good as it can get with another concept. The ones I've tasted here in their Jupiter branch is almost as good as the ones I often tasted in the past in their original Guagua setting.
