Philippines Reach Regulation for Various Sectors. ALL SECTORS. CHEMICALS. AGROCHEMICALS. COSMETICS. Republic Act 6969, “Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act of 1990”, is the key law on chemical management in Philippine.
The standard information requirements are those which are required as a minimum to meet the registration obligations of REACH. They depend on the quantity of the substance that is manufactured or imported into the EU/EEA and are described in Annexes VI to X to REACH.
